Tot School on Vacation

Lil’man is 31 months.

Well, our summer is coming to an end! Next week we will officially be back to our Tot School routines.  Since, Daddy was at a business conference this week, we decided to go visit family.  Boy, did Lil’man have fun playing with all his cousins and other extended relatives.  Here are a few things he enjoyed:

Motorized Vehicles: Lil’man loved riding and driving the various motor vehicles at his disposal while visiting my Aunt’s house.

Children’s Museum: We love this children’s museum!  There is so much to do and see at a reasonable price.   They have a diner, garage, grocery store,  castle, post office, fire truck, airplane, house, water table…and so much more!

He loved grocery shopping and I loved that everything was color coded for easy clean up!  He also enjoyed playing in the castle.  Below he’s pulling up the draw bridge.

In the farm area he collected chicken eggs.  And then he splashed and fished for letters in the water table.

Hangin’ Out with the Cousins: He had the most fun just playing with all his other cousins and 2nd cousins!  He played in a kiddie pool, with all his cousins cool toys, and just had fun chasing them around.

So, that was Tot School, while on vacation.  We will be doing an All About Me unit for our first week of back to Tot School.  I hope you stop by to check it out!

Don’t forget to see what others are doing at 1+1+1=1!

On another note:  My current giveaway, $25 Kroger Gift Card, ends August 8th! Go CHECK IT OUT and ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN!

  1. Ours area doesn't have one either! Every time we go visit my family we make sure to stop and visit it.

  2. This place had the cutest little life like grocery carts to use while you shopped! They definitely went all out with their props.

  3. Looks like he really had a good time with all of his cousins. We love spending time with our family too. Good luck with the start of Tot School.

  4. WOW what a great place that looks like. I am glad you ended your Summer with a BANG! Happy School!

  5. The grocery area is always my kids favorite area at our local children's museum too.

  6. What a cute musuem! I love it!

  7. It's always fun to visit family. I'm sure your son made some lasting memories. The museum really did look cool! We are starting school this week, too. Good luck on your new year.

  8. We really like the Childrens museum too- what a sweet boy& a fun week!

  9. I love Childrens Museums, but sadly our area does not have one. Guess we need to find one and make an adventure out of it =)
